  • SEC Revision Classes Application Form & ESF+ Participant Data Collection Form
     
    SEC Revision Classes form part of the Youth Guarantee Programme, an ESF+ project. All details below need to be inputted in order to take part of the programme. You need to upload a copy of the Matsec May 2026 results and a copy of the ID card (both sides) at the end, so make sure you have them available. For Students' FAQs please click here.
     
    Participants must complete this form when starting an ESF+ project.

    A.      LEGAL REQUIREMENTS FOR DATA COLLECTION
    The Planning and Priorities Coordination Division (PPCD), as Malta’s Managing Authority for EU Funds, is legally required to collect and store data on ESF+ participants. Beneficiaries implementing ESF+ projects are therefore entrusted with collecting participants’ personal data.

    Data collected through this and related forms, surveys or other means will be used only to record participants’ involvement in the ESF+ intervention and for evaluation and monitoring purposes.

    This is in line with Regulations (EU) 2021/1060 (CPR) and 2021/1057 (ESF+). Article 4 of the CPR provides the legal basis for collecting and processing ESF+ participants’ personal data.

    Personal participant data will be kept internally and used to extract statistics. Only statistical data will be reported to the European Commission. The Beneficiary, the Managing Authority and any monitoring or evaluation third parties will treat personal data in strict confidence and in line with GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Regulation (EU) 2018/1725, the Data Protection Act (Chapter 586) and any updates. Personal data will not be used for incompatible purposes and will never be made public.

    B.       PARTICIPANT DATA

    All sections must be completed by participants in EU-funded projects, or by their parents/guardians if they are minors. 

    Please ensure the information provided is accurate, complete and current. Some sections use European Commission definitions, which may differ from local terminology.
