  • PART III: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The MySkills Scheme is designed to encourage and facilitate the upskilling and reskilling of working-age individuals through training programmes listed in a pre-approved training catalogue maintained by Jobsplus. Training Providers wishing to include their courses in the catalogue must first register with Jobsplus to be granted access to the course submission function. Only licenced Training Providers are eligible to register. Acceptance of a registration request is at the sole discretion of Jobsplus, and submission of registration does not in itself guarantee that any future course submitted will be approved for inclusion in the catalogue. Jobsplus reserves the right to suspend or revoke such access at any time in the event of non-compliance, the provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information, licence expiry, or any breach of the Scheme regulations. Training Providers granted access shall be responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, that they operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, and that they always comply with the rules and conditions established by Jobsplus for the administration of this Scheme.
