This scheme aims to enhance the Trainee's skills and career prospects through practical experience. Applying for the scheme does not guarantee a placement. Jobsplus will issue an agreement only after a successful matching process. Backdated agreements are not accepted. At the time of application, prospective Trainees must be up to 29 years of age, and not currently enrolled in any education, employment or training. The duration of the On-the-Job exposure and the remuneration paid to the Trainee are based on the selected occupation. Throughout the duration of the scheme, Trainees are monitored, and a feedback and evaluation process is in place to assess their performance and progress. Both the Trainee and the On-the-Job Exposure Provider have specific responsibilities to ensure a successful placement. By participating in this scheme, Trainees commit to developing their professional abilities and contributing positively to their work environment.
