  • AVAILABILITY

Kindly indicate the availability of your employee/trainee/apprentice for mentoring sessions. Note: The duration of the actual sessions may vary; however, this will provide an indicator to prospective mentors offering mentoring services in the chosen area of expertise.
  • Note: Please choose at least one weekday availability to continue.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Requests for mentoring services will be matched with potential mentors based on the area of expertise required and availability. Employers may provide input on the matching process but final approval rests from Jobsplus.
    2. Before commencing any mentoring activities, mentors and the employer requesting the service must sign an agreement issued by Jobsplus. The mentorship agreement will outline the responsibilities, expectations, and terms of engagement for the mentor and the employer making use of the service.
    3. Each mentor is allowed to provide a maximum of 40 hours of mentoring for every assigned mentee. A mentor may not be assigned more than one mentee at any given time. Approval from Jobsplus and a separate agreement is required for each assigned mentee.
    4. Mentoring sessions can be conducted in person, online or a combination of both as agreed upon by both mentor and mentee. No sessions shall be held on public holidays. Employers must ensure that mentees are available for scheduled mentoring sessions.
    5. Mentors will be reimbursed by Jobsplus at the end of the mentorship phase. Employers making use of this service are not allowed to issue any payments to the mentors. Throughout the duration of the mentoring service, the mentor will be logging the session hours on an attendance sheet provided by Jobsplus. The employer will be required to sign this document at the end of the mentorship.
    6. Employers are responsible for providing the necessary resources and support to facilitate the mentoring process.
    7. Employers must ensure that mentees are prepared and committed to the mentoring sessions.
    8. It is the responsibility of the Employer to ensure that their participation in the mentoring service does not violate any internal policies or agreements.
    9. Either party may terminate the mentorship agreement with a written notice of 3 days.
